Getting ready for the Mistletoe Market

The Mistletoe Market is on November 13, 2011 and here is a sneak peak of some of the items I will be selling. The market is at the Omni Hotel from 10am to 6pm and is $5 for entry. I sold last year and it was a lot of fun. This year I am making cute flower pins from recycled t-shirts. I make the rosettes from strips of t-shirt fabric and anchor it on scraps of dyed hemp fleece. I am also making wristlets from recycled pants and dyed hemp fabric. The pattern is from Ali Foster Sewing Patterns and she is really wonderful to offer the pattern for others to sell. I changed the closure a bit a used a tab instead from the keykalou pattern. I am also going to sell quilts along with bib/burp cloth sets and a few pairs of teeny pants. Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend!

Thanks so much!! The attendance was very low so I didn't sell much but it was fun to get the business going again and talk to everyone.
